The production of hand – tufted carpet, first, starts with choosing the colors and designs that customers desire first. Then, our designer crews will put the design into the artwork for customers to check before producing the sample. The next step is to dye the silk according to the color chosen by the customer in order to produce a small sample in order to let the customer check the color and quality of the raw materials. If the customer is satisfied, We will then start producing. We will take an average of 30-45 days to produce, depending on the difficulty. There are many steps in that process. Starting from drawing designs of customers on the canvas. The next step is weaving the silk onto the canvas. After weaving, the carpet must be glued on the back of the carpet first. the carpet must be carved, cleaned, and checked for accuracy and completeness before packing and delivery to the customer.
